Biomass pellets are produced through cold densification processing of crushed biomass materials such as straw and forestry waste, using pressure rollers and ring molds under normal temperature conditions. The density of the raw materials is generally 0.1-0.13 t/m3, while the density of the molded pellets is 1.1-1.3 t/m3, making them convenient for storage and transportation, and greatly improving the combustion performance of biomass.

Biomass pellet applications:

1) Feed for livestock in large-scale farms, convenient for storage and transportation;

2) For civilian heating and domestic energy use, it is clean, pollution-free, and easy to store and transport;

3) Use industrial boiler and kiln fuel to replace coal and gas, addressing environmental pollution;

4) It can be used as fuel for gasification power generation and thermal power generation, addressing the issue of small thermal power plants being shut down.
